The Vocational Edge
Your Cases Need

Independent vocational evaluations are often the deciding factor in borderline TDIU cases. Here's what Vocemploy brings to your practice.

01

Credentialed, Defensible Expertise

Our evaluators are Certified Rehabilitation Counselors (CRC) with specialized training in VA disability standards. Reports are written to withstand scrutiny at the Rating Officer level and before the Board of Veterans' Appeals.

02

Fast Turnaround — 2 to 3 Weeks

We understand that claim deadlines don't wait. Once we receive necessary documentation, our standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks. Rush evaluations may be available for time-sensitive appeals.

03

Labor Market Analysis Included

Beyond the veteran's limitations, our reports include current labor market analysis documenting the realistic availability of jobs the veteran could perform — providing the factual foundation the VA needs to approve TDIU.

04

Hearing Testimony & Rebuttal

Our evaluators are available to provide written rebuttal opinions and expert testimony at BVA hearings when needed. We stand behind our findings and can respond to C&P examiner opinions.

Built for the Demands of VA Practice

We work with solo practitioners and large veterans law firms alike. Our process is designed to minimize administrative burden on your office — we communicate directly with your client, keep you updated, and deliver a clean, VA-formatted report ready to submit.

We understand the AMA framework, the evidentiary standards at each review lane, and what Rating Officers and Veterans Law Judges look for in vocational evidence.

A streamlined, low-friction process designed to fit into your existing workflow.

1

Submit a Referral

Complete the referral form below with basic client and case information. We'll confirm receipt within one business day and send your client a direct intake questionnaire — no back-and-forth required from your office.

2

Document Collection

We collect the necessary records directly from your client: VA rating decision, service medical records, employment history, and private treatment records. You can also forward documents directly from your file.

3

Vocational Interview & Analysis

Our CRC evaluator conducts a structured interview with your client (by phone or video) to assess work history, transferable skills, and how their specific service-connected conditions affect job performance and availability.

4

Report Delivery

A comprehensive vocational evaluation report is delivered within 2–3 weeks. The report covers functional limitations, transferable skills analysis, labor market assessment, and a clear opinion on substantially gainful employment — formatted for VA submission.

5

Ongoing Support

We're available for follow-up questions, addendum opinions, and BVA hearing testimony if needed. Our relationship doesn't end at report delivery.
